Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
All event bookings are binding. As our workshops and retreats are small, carefully curated experiences with limited capacity, we generally do not offer cancellations or refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
If you are unable to attend, we are happy to support you in transferring your ticket to another participant whenever possible. While we will do our best to help facilitate a resale or transfer, this cannot be guaranteed and does not constitute a right to a refund.
If an event is cancelled by us, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect personal information that is necessary to process bookings, respond to enquiries, and provide our services. This may include your name, email address, billing information, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or purchasing a ticket.

By participating in our workshops, retreats, or events, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities offered. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during or in connection with our events, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in cases of intent or gross negligence.
